Department in which different kinds of drawings are interlaced, through ligatures, in order to create uniform fabrics in various presentations; either flat weave (blankets, flannels, raincoats, etc.) or terry cloth (towels, plush, etc.), by means of industrial looms equipped with plain and pre feeders.

Warping

In the warping process, spools of thread are passed to other weaving spools. This process has the objective of bringing together a certain length and number of threads in a warp.

Sizing

Sizing is a humid, high-temperature process to which the threads that make up a warp are subjected. Its main objective is to apply a viscous and adherent substance to the threads that will cover their entire surface. making it more resistant.

Weaving

Weaving is a process in which the warp is passed over and under the weft. With this crossing between weft and warp the fabric is obtained.
