Process in which the cotton flakes are transformed into fine threads of different titles (8, 12, 14, 20, etc.), using compact stretching and twisting processes.
Opening
The spinning process begins with opening. Opening is generally needed, since the fibers are packaged in (bales or bales) under pressure and must be opened to make spinning possible. Cleaning consists of removing foreign matter, such as dust, straw, etc.
Open End Spinning
Tape enters from the opening process, and through the difference in speeds, an adequate stretch is generated for the thread count required and the necessary twists are generated with the rotor.
Ring Spun Spinning
It is the operation that consists of rotating the fibers on their own axis to give them the necessary resistance to wicks and threads. It is applied to the fastener after high stretching to reduce the diameter of the ribbon that is fed and thus becomes wick.
